The Valla Beach Community hold a market festival on the first Saturday of every second month (next being 6th December), focusing on home made and grown local produce in food, arts, crafts and fantastic musical talent. The event runs from 8am to 2pm in the beautiful landscaped grounds of the Valla Community Preschool, just east off the Pacific Highway on Valla Beach Road, Valla Beach, a serene and peaceful seaside village. |

"Shine a Light" is a film about the everlasting Rolling Stones. Director Martin Scorsese has filmed and directed two of their concerts. In them, the Stones are eternally youthful and fit, and seem to keep going because of their obvious love of music. This film is a winner, and also features a visiting guest – Christine Aguilera. The Stones music and moves are as good as ever. This film is well worth seeing. |
