Insperience is a journey of the conscious self into the realm of the unconscious through the experience of Kinesiology. Using perspectives from philosophy, linguistics, evolutionary anthropology, naturopathy and psychoanalysis through the lens of feminism, the conscious mind is invited to reflect upon its own inner experiences and understandings of that which has been lived so far and will continue to flow into the future. The outer experience of life is but a portion of a lived life and often leaves questions unanswered. Why? When? Where? What? Who? How? But the value of an answer is only as good as the question asked. When well being is disrupted it is not alright - wellness is the right. |
