1. In order to post to Nambucca Freefind Classifies, users (Registrants) must register their details at this website.
2. Each Registrant may post up to ten (10) classified adverts at any one time.
3. Registrants must abide by the Terms and Conditions of Use (below).
Terms and Conditions of Use
The Terms and Conditions of Use of the Freefind Nambucca Classified Section (hereinafter referred to as Basic Service Terms and Conditions) are applied to the use of the basic service (Basic Service) provided by WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL as part of the Freefind Nambucca Community Guide service.
II. Outline of the Basic Service
The Basic Service means the service to publish classified advertisements registered at the website of the Freefind Nambucca Community Guide, provided by WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL. The information means your name, telephone number, email address.
III. Agreement regarding the Use of the Basic Service
1. By accepting the Basic Service Terms and Conditions and registering a classified advert at the website of the Freefind Nambucca Community Guide (This Website), you become a registrant of the service (Registrant) and agree to be bound by the Basic Service Terms and Conditions.

VI. Responsibility and Liability of the Registrant
1. Observance of Laws
In using This Website, the Registrant will abide by and observe all laws, rules, regulations and ordinances of any applicable government authority.

The Registrant will not register any of the following contents on This Website:
(1)Any content that infringes a copyright and other intellectual properties of any third party,
(2)Any content that speaks evil of, defames, or slanders others,
(3)Any content that violates third party's property right or invades privacy,
(4)Any content that offends against public order and decency and/or that contradicts the facts,
(5)Any content that infringes laws and/or regulations or that encourage crimes,

3. Responses to Inquiries

4. Content Updating
The Registrant shall update its Contents in a timely manner. If the Registrant does not update its Contents properly, WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL may delete the Registrant's Contents.
5. Password Protection
The Registrant shall protect the secrecy of the password assigned to it at all times and shall ensure that the same is not revealed or disclosed in any manner whatsoever to any person or persons whomsoever. Should the ID and password be used by a third party, the Registrant shall responsible for any and all liabilities caused by such use irrespective of the reasons.
6. Assistance and Notification by the Registrant
If the Registrant comes to know of any violation or potential violation of these Terms and Conditions or abuse and/or unauthorized use of This Website, the Registrant shall promptly notify WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL of such violation and provide reasonable assistance upon request by WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL.
VII. Interruption of Use; Deletion of Content, Termination of Agreement with the Registrant, and Termination of the Basic Service
1. Interruption of Use
WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL may interrupt the use of the Basic Service by the Registrant without any responsibility or liability.
2. Deletion of Content
WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL may delete the Content of the Registrant without any responsibility or liability being assumed if any of the following is applicable:
(1)The Registrant registered any contents provided in Item VI-2 of the Terms and Conditions,
(2)Any dispute between the Registrant and a third-party has continued more than 30 days.
If WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL deletes the Registrant's Contents, WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL will give a prior notice to the Registrant but may be unable to do so in case of emergency.
3. Termination of Agreement with the Registrant
WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL may interrupt the use of the Basic Service by the Registrant without any responsibility or liability being assumed if any of the following is applicable:
(1)The Registrant submitted false information at the time of the application for an agreement regarding its responsibility and/or obligation,
(2)The Registrant is breaching or may breaching any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
If WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL interrupts the Registrant's use of the Basic Service, WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL will give a notice of the reason, schedule date of interruption, and conditions to cancel the interruption but may be unable to do so in case of emergency. WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the Registrant based on these Terms and Conditions by giving a notice in the predetermined format if the Registrant fails to remedy the breach after receipt of written notice from WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL specifying a period for remedy.
4. Termination of the Basic Service
When WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL decides to terminate provision of the Basic Service, WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL will give a prior notice of the termination data to the Registrant.
VIII. Termination of Using the Basic Service by the Registrant
If the Registrant wants to cancel or terminate its use of the Basic Service, the Registrant shall give a notice expressly indicating its intention to WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL by using the predetermined method by WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL.
IX. WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL's Responsibility
The Registrant shall use the Basic Service at its sole responsibility and at its own risk, and WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the Registrant's use of the Basic Service. WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
X. Revision of these Terms and Conditions
WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL reserves the right to change, modify, alter or vary these Terms and Conditions provided that it should give a notice of such revision to the Registrant prior to the date of such revision via the predetermined method. If the Registrant gives no notice of its intention to terminate or cancel using the Basic Service provided Item VIII of these Terms and Conditions during the period between the receipt date of such notice and the date of such revision, it is construed that the Registrant agrees such revision.

1. Notice to the Registrant
WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL will from time to time inform the Registrant of necessary and appropriate information in order to confirm the contents of your registration and to introduce and/or update information on This Website or its services via E-mail transmission from WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL's relevant department/section, posting on This Website, and any other means deemed appropriate by WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL.
2. Dispute
Any dispute between the Registrant and a third party as results of using the Basic Service, the Registrant shall settle any dispute with any such Third Party at its own expense and responsibility, and should any damage to WORDRIGHT EDITORIAL occur, The Registrant shall accept responsibility for any damage and liability incurred.
3. Governing Law
Any use of This website and these conditions of use shall be governed by, and construed and interpreted under the laws of Australia.
